Second Edition of the Whole Cell Modelling Course will take place at CRG in September 2017.

16 Feb 2017

Following to the great success of its first edition, the CRG is organizing the second edition of the Whole-Cell Modeling course. The goal of the 2017 Whole-Cell Modeling Summer School is to provide young investigators cutting-edge training in large-scale dynamical modeling and model integration.

The 4-days course will teach strategies for building and managing large models which aren't covered by any other course including multi-algorithm modeling, model organism database curation, surrogate modeling, and software development.

Again MycoSynVac project is supporting this initiative, providing some of the trainers and proposing mycoplasma as a model cell.

If you are a PhD student or a postdoctoral scholar willing to gain training in large-scale dynamical modeling, this is an opportunity you should not miss!
